Anyone know if there is an navigation hack for the 2019 Altima models? These 2019 models feature Android Auto and Car Play which only work through Nissan Connect which you have to pay a monthly service fee to use. I figure since the hack worked on a couple cars about 10 years ago there would be a way to bypass a way in this one.

Yes its needed to get the navigation to work. I guess since Sirius radio requires a monthly subscription so does Nissan connect does as well. I only seen this on the display screen as I looked in the categories section where you can select Nissan Connect section where it discusses this. Its absolutely hidden unless this is said some where else in the owners manual. I absolutely thought since Nissan 2019 cars offered Car Play and Android Auto that it would be free. What a sneaky way to get people to pay monthly fees smh.
