Im a noob with wheels, couple questions here

1) i was reading on the forums, that you can put 350z (touring), maxima and infiniti g37 wheel on a/c. i was wondering, if anything extra i need to purchase to make then fit or it is just bolt on and drive off.. cause on 350z the front wheel is diff then the rear wheel?

2) putting on g37, maxima or 350z wheels (touring), , will that effect my speedometer (19" wheels)?

3) what does staggered mean ?

4) would this fit by just bolting them on? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33ed3

4) is it recommended to drop the car first and then decide on wheels?

5) would i need alignment done, if i only get new wheels installed?

6) would i need alignment done, if i only get springs installed?

sorry if these questions are noobish .. i did some reading, but wasnt clear on somethings .. thanks

1. You can fit G and Z wheels on but make sure to buy 4 front wheels. To have the same offset and width. Maxima wheel should fit find.

2.It will effect your speedometer a bit, just make sure you get the right tires to go with the 19s so that it wont be a drastic change.

3. Stagger means your rear wheel is wider than the front. basically 19x8 +35 front and 19x9 +30 would consider stagger. (offset does not really matter)

4. The link is for the rear wheels of a G so basically you would need the front set and you will be going stagger.

5. (you have two 4s....) I would lower the car first and then get the wheels because you will be sitting much higher with the 19s and wheel gap = ugly to me. (my opinion) But I say go with a drop first than some wheels.

6. You will not need to get an alignment done if you are just putting wheels on.

7. If you lower your car, then yes you will want an alignment done.

Hope that answer all your questions but feel free to ask any other questions.

THANKS ALOT !

couple question to clear up somethings ...

1) for maxima all 4 wheels are the same size correct? i dont have to buy the 4 front ones, right?

2) whats the best place to look for 18" Z touring wheels?

3) and if i get either 17s, 18s, or 19s ... what tire size do i need, so that it doesnt effect my speedometer to much?

4) for Z wheels its okay to have a normal set .. 2 front 2 rear .. and have them staggered ... or no .. i have to have 4 front wheels

thanks again for all your help

I've got 350z track wheels with 2 fronts and 2 rears, with the same size tires as mikegtr said. Fits fine, don't need anything extra

Look at the rim thread at the top of the page. Pics of 3 different 350z wheels and pics of g37 wheels as well as M45 wheels.
