But the mounts i bought from Excessive that lower the motor didn't work out they wouldn't let the motor sit down in there just right and the things that curl under the motor to the bottom of the bellhousing one of those wouldnt bold up at all. but i got it sitting in the car hope to get some more work done tomorrow we'll see. PICS!!!!!!!

Thanks for the response guys!!!!

Got the wiring harness worked out how i like it. Kinda iffy about running them under the EX manifold but its double layered in that heat shielding looming stuff so maybe we see also got the fuel lines ran.

Woah dude, get those wires out of the exhaust manifold. Thats going to cause at least a failure, at worst a fire. No way thats going to work, do not run your car like that. Heat shielding or not, thats a really bad idea.

Lol i gotta laugh at those motor mounts, jeazz i hope this thing isnt your daily. Thats gona be one harsh ride hehe. Are those custom mounts or does someone sell them?

Rent me your fender roller when your done!!! I will give you a deposit and send it back.

I talked to the guys at Swain Tech who iv done a lot of business with and the guy leveled with me. Basically told me that header wrap performed as good in pretty much every situation and better in some than the coating. I was originally wanting to get it coated and wrapped, that was my Q to Swain tech, my friend had expressed a concern that it wasnt a good idea so i checked up on it. They told me that it could potentially keep in so much heat that the metal would expand at a greater rate than the coating was able to, cracking the coating. Turbine housing coating is a good move though.

I was thinking about having my exhaust coated as well. IMO, with a stainless steel turbo manifold your better off wrapping it and spraying the wrap with DEI silicone spray to keep it sealed. Muchh cheaper, keeps temps to where you can touch the wrap and not get burned, and no waiting. No chance of it flaking off either. The black(or white) spray paint looks great when your done with it, and withstands the heat.

Project looks good though man, GL with it. You should be set with an Enthalpy tune, Scott is a lot better recently in the customer service department. His tunes are always good.

I'm not really worried about cheaper man i want all good stuff. Heat coatings just look cleaner.

Meh, personal preference as far as looks. Header wrap isnt really cheap either, and it works great. A few pics of my manifold after my wrap job. I thought it came out pretty clean looking. If your coating starts to flake and crack, it doesnt look so clean anymore.

Yea thats an h22 but, I dont have it anymore in the newest pic its gone. It was going to go into my DD accord but now i have something else up my sleeve. (hybrid non vtec and turbo)The thing about hondas there just so F***ing cheap hell so far i have gotten for free i might add a Turbo,manifold,BOV,450cc injectors,h23 head and tranny,h22 intake manifold with throttlebody anywise thats later down the road right now its the 240s build

My ECU finally made it back thanx enthalpy it took about 2 months there where a couple of problems he said so he was gonna send me some money back. He hasn't yet tho anyways hoping to start it up pretty soon maybe. I'm going to try to bulid my IC piping this weekend and a few other things so now i really can get somethings rolling.
