My Sentra is possessed!!

Hey Guys! I was just wondering if anyone with a 2006 Nissan Sentra SE has experienced something really strange. When I drive my Sentra the horn will start to honk out of nowhere! It's the strangest thing, and quite irritating. Sometimes when the car is parked the horn will do the same thing, even when I'm outside of it with the keys in my hands. The car door locks will freak out too, I'll try to get out and the doors'll lock - it's taken me literally up to 10 minutes to get out of car when it does that, the car has done this while it's on in park and when it's turned off in park. Last night I went outside and my Sentra was hecka' bugging out! The car was putting on a light show with a horn symphony in the background. Walked up to it and the doors were unlocking and locking. I had to remove the battery cable and pull the fuses that govern the horn. So is my Nissan possessed and going "Christine" on me, is there some sort of short, or have any of y'all experienced this? Thanks in advance for any insight!!

Best guess is that you have a short somewhere. Do the locks always act up with the horn?

An 06 should still be under warranty, so you may want to show the dealer what's up and make them fix it.

stigmata? call an exorcist...if its doing it randomly maybe it has something to do with car alarm, since its sounding the horns and messing with your lights and locks...try disabling the alarm system and see if it acts up.
