My Rogue is finally here!

Exciting news, I just received word that my car will arrive to my dealer this afternoon! I am not going to pick it up until tomorrow as I have a buyer for my current car and need to get their check this evening, but yeah!

I will keep you all post on how I like it!!

I'm so jealous! Dying here waiting until the day one of the dealers around here gets something with leather inside (and that isnt blue or orange on the outside!!!).

After a much anticipated wait, I picked up my new Rogue on Saturday. To be honest, I was a little worried that I chose the Rogue in red as I have only owned white and silver cars, but I am surprized as I really love the color. It is far better in person!

So far, the Rogue is everything I wanted from a new vehicle. I really like some of the additional features (bluetooth, intelligent key, etc.) that you cannot find on similar vehicles. I also really like the styling as it feel sporty! I truthfully don't have any real complaints. It is everything I wanted. Had I wanted navigation, 3.5L, etc. I would have bought a different car. I really only have one small problem that I wouldn't even classify as a dislike.

My only problem at the moment is that it comes with XM radio. My husband has Sirus and does not want to switch. It will be much cheaper to add me to his Sirus account than open a new XM account. I have heard you can buy adapters to switch an XM radio to Sirus. I won't be looking into this until my three month free period runs out, but if any of you can help, please post!

Anyway, I hope you all find your Rogue's soon!!

These kits are great, I just wish the one for Nissan was out. It's being developed and should be out in a few months. It will allow you to control and display your SIRIUS through your Nissan radio. We will email you when it comes in.

Keep in mind it looks like Sirrus and XM will merge... hard to beleive they will leave any current subscribers behind, technically I don't no the difference in the two providers but I would give it some time and see what develops. Fortunatley we are a 2 car XM family with XM on Directv.

Too funny, we are a 2 Sirius family (1 car, and 1 boat) and USED to have Sirius on Dish Network (dropped dish and went cable a year or so ago for better HD options). I guess for now we are a 1 XM / 2 Sirius family.

Dont worry soon enough xm and sirius will be all one and you can pick your stations from both. Maybe by the time your free trial runs out that will get going(I have an insider at sirius lol)

Sounds like the hold up is at the FCC level and sounds pretty silly. It'll be interesting to see how it shakes out.

GLENN Nissan here in Lexington KY called me today to tell me they are doing my trade and it will be in tomorrow!!! I am so excited! They tell me it is wicked black with black leather, moonroof, and premium packages! The guy on the phone said MSRP $27500, but i think he meant $27600 from what I have seen.

I mentioned to the dealer on the phone the day before they started looking for a trade that another dealer in Florence KY was going to get me the same thing for $26415, so I told him if he could beat it, then I would buy it from him. He seems to get amnesia about these things, so we'll see what he remembers tomorrow.
