i did a 0-60 time before stock and i posted it on youtube and i pulled 5.9 for the first try, i installed a injen intake and i decided to do it again and i got a 6.2 and another for a 6.4. I thought the intake is suppose to make more power not lose any. i have a 3.5 btw

Yeah, sorry bud.. But its true.. You'll loose low end torque but gain on mid to upper with an Intake. Its just a sad fact.

yeah i just thought of that. i live in florida and when i did it stock it was about 70 degrees and today was 90 degrees that can be why. But if i lose in the low end if i floor it, the end result will be quicker?

maybe in the 1/4 mile.... but as mentioned, you do lose a bit of low end torque with the intake... whn your car wants to really start hauling a$$ in the 1/4 mile, those extra few horsepower in the upper middle of your power band should make a small bit of difference.... or it could just be in our minds... from what I understand, the stock airflow system is NOT that restrictive, plus its got colder air coming in than with the WAI
