On my way to the airport for Vegas at about 5:20am in the morning, I was blocked by the wall to my left and a car I was just about to pass on my right... I didnt want to slam brakes and get rear ended... I slowed down as much as possible and hit the tread with the left side of my car.

This is the damage:

I'm thinking of switching to the sport bumber cover, will the sport cover bolt on? or are the fenders different?

My insurance has me covered, going to the adjuster tomorrow, and they have a rental car already reserved for me.

ouch! Not sure about the bumper...but I would think it's a direct bolt-on.

The Geico adjuster was very cool and got the shop to do the sport bumper for me at no extra cost, and took off $50 from my deductible to cover my after market fog lights. I very excited to see the new look of the front of my car on wed or Thursday.

Ah, I misunderstood. I thought you had added those aftermarket fogs when it's the bulbs :)

got the car back.. the shop did a good job with fitment, car looks new again.

BUT they forgot some minor details, like missing clips, buffing paste dust on the grille, AND not replacing my damaged finder liner... So i have to return and get these small issues resolved before I'm 100% satified, I'm 85% satified...

pics will be up of the paint job once i get everything 100%...
