sorry i haven't updated this in a whole since i got back from my dpeloyment i've been working away on this thing and fishing haha

But the good new is...... IT RUNSSSSSSSSSS!!!! got everything working right and my iat moved to my cold side pipe. brought it in to get tuned on wastegate pressure ran smooth as could be and made 324hp and 306 ft lbs of torque on 10lbs of boost, stopped at that becaise i need a different clutch i'm surprised that one never slipped!

Any prefferences on clutches rated at 500ft lbs or more that aren't insanely harsh engagement?????? planning to make 500hp by the end of the month and that will pretty much max out the injectors hopefully will be picking up a set of id2000s soon

here are some pictures of the progress!

thats what i've been leaning towards actually. kind of looking at one of there mini twin setups but i've heard some negative feedback on them also some talk of extremely harsh engagement and not recommended for the stock ka tranny but i'm going to call spec tomorrow they have been closed for the last because of the 4th and see what they have to say. are you running one right now ?

Yep sorry I was waiting to bring in the dyno graph to work so I could scan it in but here's a cell phone picture of it. Everything went great made 460 and 422 ft lbs of torque on 19 lbs of boost using E85

Progress update! the car has been coming along got her fired up last night after hooking up the last couple odds and ends, fired up on the first crank after not running for 8 months or so (on a base tune that is) apparently i can wire better then i thought haha because i didn't have a single issue on startup! here are a few pictures!

I had a horrible experience with driveshaft shop and don't know that i would ever order from them again i paid for an ordered a custom driveshaft and they tried sending me a stock one they had on there shelf which was 7/16" longer then i ordered so it obviously didn't even get close to fitting and then they wouldn't admit they messed up so i sent it back on my own dime for them to tell me "ya we aren't sure what happened" i'm like well its your fault right there response was "well its longer then what you ordered but we aren't sure what happened" they tell me it will be another week before they get me a knew one.... a week really?!?!?! i told them thats unnacceptable i need a new one asap so they get on it right away send it to me and then.... they send me one an 1 1/8" SHORTER then what i ordered and they tell me that this is an acceptable clearance....

On the bright side of things i finished up my prototype billet fuel tank cap and am hoping to tun a batch of them sometime this year would there be any interest for them a dual pump billet aluminum fuel tank cap??? I made this one with a number 8 feed and 6 return but could be adapted to any size needed

Random but do you know which company it is that makes your turbo blanket? Looks like one of the smaller ones that I need. I've only seen bigger on the sites I normally check?

Glad you're keeping this thread updated. I had a solid LOL when you said, "winter is almost over in MN" and it's June! :rotfl

Looking forward to the finished product!
