Idk what TL:DR means, but I am painting some stuff today, and I took off my mustache for the first time... It was very frustrating and i kinda damaged some of the paint around the bottom of the mustache but its not really visible, its just kinda pushed in from the pressure.

Anyways I started both sides from the middle, where the license plate would be, on the top side of the mustache and then on the bottom side, worked it to the middle of the stashe, then just kinda yanked and shimmy'd it till it came off...

I found myself looking at the damn thing saying WTF outloud while sitting on the floor in the street infront of the car lol.

TL:DR means "Too long, didn't read", or..."I'm too lazy to do the work (aka. reading) myself so I'll just create a new thread". LBC, you need that YouTube vid embedded in your sig!

I damaged some of my paint the first time I did them too (again, barely noticeable). I found it easiest to start with a screwdriver at the top of the far, fat end and as soon as I can get my meathooks in there I just pry it out with my hands...

Just take off the bumper. It's sooooo easy. And you have the peace ofknowing you're not damaging anything. You just need another person to help you off and on with it, and you push the stach off from the back side....took me about 30 mins to get it off, the mustach off, then another 10to put the bumper back on.

I know there are people who got the stach off without doing this but it's a mysteryto me how they did it.

Bumper removal is EASY!!!

I got my mustaches off but when putting the overlays on, I can't get rid of the damn creases around where it curves into the fat part! It's driving me insane, about to throw this mustache out the damn window!

Definately take the bumper off, its much easier popping it out from the inside then getting it off from the front. Also, you can take the bumper off by yourself and put it back on, at least I could and I don't think I am special!
