YES.. I've read many times regarding many different Nissan products that the mpg computer in car is terribly inaccurate.
Clearly the proper way to measure your mpg is by calculating the two factors that you can be sure of.. 1.) miles based on your odometer reading and 2.) gallons to fill based on the fuel pump.
Consider the in-car measurement to be a novelty at best.
Also.. note that to get the best readings based on the fuel pump at the gas station, be very consistent in how you refuel. Basically.. let the pump go until it shuts off based on pressure. Don't continue to click and fill, until it runs out the tank onto the ground.. lol.
