Soooo... ive been waiting for the day where i could finally log on to this site with a custom coupe of my own, and that day has finally come.So far i have in vest bout 50 bux into my car to make it "Me" LOL

Painted hub caps and rear emblem black to match my car, removed my altima and 2.5s emblems, and bought a Monster AUX cable (a must!)...

But i have finally found the deal of a life time on a set of 20" vertini wheels that i feel would match my car perfectly, my only issue is what will it decrease my MPG down too??

Right now im rollin around 27.4 MPG in my carDoes ne one have a manual 2.5S or even a 2.5 in general that could help me out???

LET me know please....

NE MPG is better then my F350 i was driving around befor this... LOL

Yeah unfortunately your mileage is going to drop. I put 18"s on my 2.5 Coupe with 245/45/18 tires and I went down from 550 miles before fill up to 480. I don't regret it at all though my car is sexier now.

Wow, are you sure the wheel / tire combo is the only change to attribute to the decrease in mileage? I've put on 225/45/18's all around and I don't think my mileage has decreased that much.

I think it is, that's the only thing I've changed on the car since I took a dive in mpg's. How many miles can you go before fillup?

I think that depends on how far down the tank I want to go. I can comfortably travel 525 miles (converted from km because I'm from Canada ) before I get a fill up, but of course I do a mixture of highway and city, so I'm not sure how that relates to your route of travel.

Another note to mention is that the tire the OP chooses will also affect how much of a decrease you will see as well. I'm currently running on Kumho SPT's for the record.

the weight of the 20's and the width of the new tires are going to affect his MPG... shouldn't be enough to deter you from getting them...

I get about 23 mpg, I do mostly city driving, I'm a BIG BOY, my rims are 20x9 and I like the sound of my exhaust.

Thanks guys, As long as im rolling some where in the 20MPG range I dont see why not gettin them.I get paid on thursday thats all im waitin for (=

Not going to lie, ive never owned a car befor I bought my coupe.I've always had F350s or my last car a Murder'd out AWD Expedition.

What size tires could I wrap these wheels in with out havin to worry bout rubbing or looking goofy.

What tires you got on your whip BLACKNWHITE?

Word of caution though, I see that you have hubcaps right now. If you get rims with thin spokes that shows a large portion of the hub, it'll be all rusted up.

Seems coupes with just the basic package didn't get some special paint on the hubs. At least that's what I've noticed with the few I've seen so far.
