I'm not what you'd call experienced mechanically, but I managed to install the Plenum spacer, the lower Iso thermal gasket, cleaned the upper and lower plenum, and change the spark plugs, including lunch and a run to autozone for the plugs, in all of 8 hours, working very slowly and methodically. Very rewarding, as well as cost saving. if I had to do just the spacer again, I could see it being done in under 2 hours. The most time consuming bit is all the torquing of the bolts.

Also tollboothwilley, you're the man if you can do it all in an hour!

Nice tip on the upper plenum sluggoZ! Those coolant lines were a pain to get out.
