motor mounts

i know its a stupid question but which way does the motor mount go on, gold circle on top or flat peice of steel on top. wasn't really paying attention when i was taking off of putting them back in?

I'll bet this one isn't in the faq. I believe its gold circle down; don't forget to put that piece of metal on the exhaust side mount. I assume it acts as a heat barrier, for what its worth.
