i was thinking about putting HIDs into my 09 altima coupe. i was going through websites/ebay/etc. and was just overwhelmed with the number of brands there are to choose from.

i was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts or suggestions to what they would prefer. also, any websites or stores that you prefer as well would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Got mine from DDM Tuning, I decided on them for the sole purpose of their lifetime warranty.

I also have the ddm kit and you do not need anything else. The kit comes with everything you need to do the install.

The only thing you have to do is cut the plastic trim around the plug that connects to the oem socket. Basically on the DDM plug to the OEM plug have the Prong on the ddm kit plug directly into the OEM socket and electric tape it.

hope that make sense if not there is a how to on this in the tech pages

Hey was shipping from DDM to Canada easy? Or did you have it shipped to the states somewhere. I'm considering getting the 6k from DDM as well.

I didn't cut anything to put my DDM's in but I did have to switch some wires. Not sure which ones or what exactly I did, but I think had to shove one of the clips in backwards or something like that.

Only problem I have had with them is that the ballast fell off. I didn't clean the surface properly due to it being like 10pm and needing to get it done so I could go home.

those are kinda pricey compared to ddm, 100 bucks for the kit. ddm is half price or less. but i'm sure they're good, v-leds products are above average IMO

I wsitched out my factory 4300K and my Xentec fogs and put DDM's in and they look beautiful.
