HMMMMMmmmmmmm....still running (this thread). I say he suppose to have his widebody kit installed right now right....posable. it only takes like about a month to finish a car IF you have money. full time student and full time worker...and he has a nother car that he's working on correct...for a student that is 19 i would raise the b.s flag on this though. IM 20 full time college student and full time worker and i don't even have my motor yet!

Im 20 and in college working full time as well. Its taken me about 5 months to get my apex'i exhaust , intake , bomex kit (still need the rear bumper) 17" 5zigen wheels with 2 yokohama avs 40 series tires (i still need 2 more =] ).

P.S. My car got hit (while parked) which is the reason im going show first. Repainting the side wont match right so im repainting the whole car. It will be turbo'ed later this year im hoping.

::Strongbad voice::For crying out loud man! At least know what the crap you're talking about before you come on here spitting off at the mouth about stuff you don't even know! Sheesh...

Ok back to normal voice... dude! It's great to have such enthusiasm for your car, but everyone on here is saying what BS it is, and the main reason for it is because you apparantly don't know what you're talking about. I know this is an old thread, but I have a bunch of things to say.

- First, it's boost CONTROLLER, singular, as in less than two

- Again, it's clear COAT... less than two, and that paint job is gonna cost a lot more than 2 grand if you want it done right, unless you know someone who paints professionally

- 100 lbs = .1 quarter mile time is a LIE!!! The percentage of weight you reduce from the car in relation to the cars power is what reduces your quarter mile (or any accelleration) time, not the specific mass of the weight, while original weight and power are left as unknown variables

- "all the electronics you like" are gonna make your car run like crap on a 550rwhp motor (not like that's ever gonna happen anyway on a street driven S13 SR20). You can't run like 5 piggyback controllers on that kind of motor. You're gonna need something like the AEM EMS or a Motec system or some sort of standalone system that allows proper individual tuning of the fuel, boost, ignition, etc. and will hopefully get the car to idle somewhat normally

- The term is cigarette BUTT...

- Everything you've said just makes you sound like every other kid that gets into cars and has visions of grandeur about building the ultimate street car that takes the industry by storm and makes them famous. Most people are smart enough to only share such illusions with their friends though. You instead, have come to a forum where people actually know what they're talking about, and spit off at the mouth about all the things you're gonna do, and how your car is gonna be QUOTE "the widest, phattest, sexiest silvia the states has".

- Do you have any idea how much money you'll be spending in maintinance and upkeep on this car??

- Lastly, please show some respect when speaking about the Good Lord. It's God, with a capital "G" :D

and once again someone speaks without knowing what they're talking about. Extreme Dimensions has one of the worst reputations in the industry. I'll use Nolaws4evr's post about his conversion kit as an example:

"I got my kit from Extreme Dimensions, and I have to let everyone know NOT to buy anything from them. The conversion I got is really shatty quality and is requiring alot of custom work to make it look right. The only good thing from them was the carbon fibre hood. Oh well, I know its still gonna look great cuz the custom body shop im gettin it done at is really good, and I know the owner very well. Hope this helps.

Josh"

We actually placed a wholesale order with Importfan (affiliate of ED) a while back. It took over 4 months for the stuff to arrive and it was all the wrong parts, and it was cracked and broken. Maybe you meant to say "cheap and crappy"

Hey all,

After you get your car painted, use our product "5 Star shine". You'll get the same results as other high end waxes but have a much better and longer finish protection. It will save you the time of having to re-apply wax to keep your paint protected.

Click on our ad on the left side near the top of this page and get the details. Be sure to use the customer discount code "vipdiscounts".-Chadhttp://www.5starshine.com'Never wax your car again"
