Hi everyone!

Forgive me before hand if my post is incorrectly formatted.

I purchased a 1990 300zx 2+2 and want to check on the air intake filter and noticed it was missing.
Now I'm not too familiar with this brand but its called a Jecs? (see pictures)

I would like to get the air filter on there so I could drive it around, could someone help me
identify the type of filter because i cannot find it anywhere.

Thanks for your time

Edit:

I think I found a cone filter, but I'm not sure if its compatible...

These are what you are looking for. I used the KN off ebay with no problems, but here are some options. Do not buy the plastic adapter for this reason. Also, the JWT is a good option as well.

Thanks for the quick reply! I have 2 questions (I assume both are amature... sorry)
I am looking for an increase in performance. Would the pop filter give me that extra boost?
Would that pop filter (that you linked me to) be compatable to my intake sensor?
(because when I took a look the picture and that adapter didnt seem to have any holes anywhere for mounting it)
Thanks a ton!

A POP charger is basically an increase in performance. The next step for an intake setup would a Selin Dual MAf setup. On a NA, not much of a gain, but a worthwhile mod if ever going to TT. That is transferable from NA to TT, so it really isnt a waste if you decide to swap.

Yes, the pop chargers I listed are all compatible to the MAF. The JWT is designed for these cars. That one in particular, you put screws through the MAF and it screws into the adapter that holds the filter. The K&N one is held on by nuts and bolts. You can see the mounting area on both if you look close enough.

Thankyou! That makes perfect sense. :dblthumb:
