Hi, My 98 quest has 130,000 miles. It runs great until you come to a stoplight. After stopping, it runs fine for a few seconds and then starts to miss. Tach is showing idle at about 700 rpm. I have replaced plugs and wires and ran half a can of seafoam through a vacuum line into the intake manifold. Another problem is that about 40 mph it seems to stumble while trying to shift. I don't know if they are related. Could these be some type of sensor problem? I had it scanned by a local mechanic and scan showed "random misfire multiple cylinders" Any help would be greatly appreciated. Steve

I wish I knew what to tell you there, our 95 is doing the same thing. I ran half a can of seafoam through it too (plus one in the tank) until it stalled and wouldn't restart. It's a little smoother, but still misses.
