The meet was Well.. ok.. only 6 of us showed up..i think we were early.. being there at 7PM.. foodsmart.. anyway.. we saw lots of cars coming after 8PM.. lots of honda.. I think as it get hotter.. there will be more people out there.. cruising University..Ave

Oh.. there were some crazy people there.. buring tires and all.. anyway. A cop came by and everyone starts to leave.. so we did too..by this time there were lots of cars around.. but no other 240SX.. only my..

See ya guys next time.. so if you come out.. there.. look for me late.. 9-10PM.. or soo.. WHITE 240SX.. Coupe.. Stock looking..

The Delso.. in falt blk.. was good.. first time to see that..

Yeah... the SR20DET.. in flat black 240SX was nice looking.. great job.. on the swap.. I think you guys are pulling 12.. this time around.. with that turbo..gt2535..

dang... heh. I got that at 7:30... not sure where the foodsmart is.... so I just drove around the mall... saw a S13... coupe... that was grey... and then as I gave up... I saw a red Kouki~! Looked clean... but right when I saw it... it was leaving.. and it didn't seem to notice my car... heh.

So I just ended up going to Barnes and Noble... studying for tests... heh.

i totally would have been there too, but i just saw all of these messages, so i had no idea it was goin down. I had a head warped over 8 thousands, so i was without a car for 4 weeks cuz i had to stay at school. finally rebuilt the head for the other 240, ran for a day, spun a rod bearing, frickin sweet. so now i got the head on my white coupe, as well as the black hood from my hatch so i can pull a ultra ricer carbon fiber hood fakeout... alright im sorry you had to read that, but my point is that if anyone needs help with anything KA i'm always down for help. I also interned at john haley motorsports for a while, and i'm sure not too many of you knew about the rb26dett s14 built there by one of the mechanics... so, ive got some considerable boost experience. i'd really like to see more of these meets because i know everyone here has knowledge to share, and probably some old cheap parts to sell to me

Yeah, weather was clear, just a bit cool. We definitely need to keep doing this as the weather gets better.If anyone needs an extra hand out at Rock Falls, I'll be your lackey! At least until I get my car back in May...

For right now it is to busy.. I have too many things lined up.. Every weekend I'm too busy.. I'll have to try to make it ok.. not for sure.. But I'll try.. April 10th Sunday

Incidently i do have those pictures on my computer, unfortunately i dont know how to upload them. I would feel a little weird since the car was not mine as i said, it was Andy's, a mechanic at John Haley Motorsports. i'm sure he is more than proud of his work though so i will upload them if i figure it out. Also after a short while he removed the RB26 from his S14, and was going to put it in a customer's S14. However, it is possible Andy left his work before accomplishing this. I haven't spoken to Andy since i bought his KA, but his s14 currently is back to SR20

I bought the swap from Andew. I hope to have it running by the end of this summer. Aiming for 600hp and 9k redline. Its in a green s14 with 62k. Hopefully I can get it to hook up. I use to live in Faribault but now I live in the country by Montgomey. Hehe hiding out jk. Andrew Is helping me finish the swap. I will talk back soon now that I know there is more 240's in Mn

You are correct on the names, Jay with Kyle (who is building what sounds to be an awesome Supra mkIII).

No I originaly wanted him to build me a Ka24det with je/ carrillo/ ferrea internals/indivigual throttle bodies but he put his rb26 swap up for sale. So I bought it up. It was always my dream to have this swap but I thought it was imposible till Andrew started working on it. Now were are in the process of redoing it with carrillo rods, arp bolts, tomei 1.2mm shimmed head gaskit/engine kit, n1 watter pump, jun oil pump, ati dampner. I just got my power fc for it the other day. Im looking for the power fc boost kit though. I dont think I would put a sr20 in my ride. There are already 3 people rolling around faribault with them.

jay is a friend of mine from shoreview. some bad news and good news... ran out of money so had to put the engine rebuild on hold for now but i getting my other engine ruinnig again and will be ready by this week or next weekend so youll get to see it. this will also give me a chane to builtd up my engine even more. ill probably have that done by may or early june. those rims that you saw on black 240sx iam buying those for my car. should we shoot for next friday to get together? thats the 8th.

I didn't get a chance to look too closely at those rims. I know they were 5 spoke 17s(?). Looked pretty nice from what I did notice.I'm cool with the 8th. This time, I definitely want to park my car and ride along in someones 240, I'm suffering major withdrawal and won't have mine back until Memoial day now it seems. All because of one part...

Iam not to sure about my 240 running by then but hopfully it will. i primed it black today. it was a nasty primer red color but then i said the **** with it and primed it black. do u guys just want to get together and grab some food some where then cruse?

hey guys just got some great news today this guy I meet through mnsc wants to trade my ka 240 for his sr 240. we are going to talk more up at rockhalls about it. do you guys think this is a good deal? the SR needs a tune up and may need a new tranny soon but the guy already has one for it and comes with the car. let me know what you think. and one more thing how many of you guys are going up to rockfalls? and what will you be driving?

Thats awesome about your 240. But i got some bad news about mine. i cant afford to rebuild the spar engine that i have and will cost 1000.00 dollars to fix my other one so I might have to sell my car.. If you know any one who wants a 89 240sx fb with a decent engine in it let me know.

The engine has many new parts.Car comes with:vis body kitstec spring/kyb strutsinjen intakeand the car is primerd black.And a complete extra ka block, tranny, and every thing out of my coupe that I trashed.Iam asking $1500.00 for all of it.

Anyway.. i was there.. Tonight.. Many people were out.. I saw two 240SX.. David.(red). and the other guy.. was PAO..( Blue.) 95 and up..

People were burning tires.. at 10:10 PM.. Saw Fun.. loud ex..aust and stuff.. I was hoping Jay was there.. but .. no.. I have a question about where to get a front mount intercooler cheap.. you guys know.. anywhere around here.. I talked to a couple of people there, but found a place where they do it, but the guy have to get back to me.. about the phone..number.. Lots of powerful cars there.. it makes me wanna race.. heheheheh..

So jay..Klye.. give me a call where you guys have your intercoller pipes made..? 651-271-4518..

Yeah cool.. I saw two turbo eclipse race out at High Way 280.. I try to keep up.. the older one lost.. I think they are putting down.. around..250HP.. white one and two tone blue..

hey sorry forgot to tell oyu guys about rock falls. it was ok i guess lots of hondas ran. quite a few 240s ran. jay ran a 14 becuse he couldent get traction. one 240 ran a 11.9. wow was that cool he was soo happy. next time i will run with my new 240. any of you guys going down to st.paul tommorow? ill be driving a black s13 with a front bumper and primer black wheels.

I was there tonight from 8:30 til 10:00 parked on University on the foodsmart side. The only 240 I saw was a white s13 with an exhaust. I didn't get a chance to talk with him/her since they were driving off.
