Well there was a good 4 or 5 car lengths between me and the car in front. All I saw was the other car bounce up in front of me and a huge chunk of tire coming at me. There wasn't enough time to look to the sides of me. Everything happeneds so fast.

I bought the bumper today for $240 from the dealership. I had to buy the older style because I found out you have to change the reinforcement bar and some other bracket.

What do you guys think if I painted the bottom of the grill black. Heres a really ****ty picture of it but you can kinda tell what im talking about.

Please tell me what you think cause I'm taking the bumper on monday to the shop and I cant decide.

I think that would look alright Melon. Kinda like the GT-R bumper and lip the way it gives the look of going all the way down. Go for it.

If I had a lighter colored car I would have done it to my Z already. Dont' forget your clear corners, or smoked. You do have your bumper off already. And lastly the chrome Z logo for your front bumper, or shaved. Actually, do you have money for a lip? Since you are already taking it to the paint shop.

If you dont like your License plate holder, Stillen has one that scews in your tow hook. This way, you don't have to drill holes in your new bumper, and you can always remove and reinstall the license plate with no prob.
