So i recently got a tension rod brace . It says it can be preloaded . So my question is do i need to tighten it down to bring the tension rods closer or do the exat opp n have it pushing them out ?????? If the help like they are supos to i want to install them on both my hatch and coupe . Only going on the hatch for now . Also i am intending on getting more sus parts from the megan line . Anybody had good results hit me up . thanks

i would say install it and adjust it out so there is tension pushing out then tighten everything up.

if i am thinking streight, then when the body of the car rolls the outward tension should keep the body from flexing in and keep the suspenion on the wheels so that there is more contact with the road.

if im wrong correct me but seems logical

hope this helps

I would install it loose and tighten it with the front wheels down. Thats just me.
