Not an I owner yet, but might as well be. I am going on the first of Feburary and place my order for a new I35. Here is a listing of options: Ivory Pearl with Beige leather, Sport Package, Sport Package Rear Spoiler, Sunroof and Sunshade Package, Side Sill Extentions, Body Colored Splash Guards, Sunroof Wind Deflector. It should be here in the beginning of May. Just in time for my b-day.

Just bought my '02 I35 (blk/blk). Adding heated seats w/ Hi-Low option ($600) and pre-painted side sills ($440). Thinking about adding a wing, but unsure of size/type.

Are there any performance mods (engine) that anyone knows of?

I am new to the forum. Traded my 90 Q45 in yesterday on a 97 I30 with 54k miles. The Q was on it's last legs. All 4 window regulators were broken (2 I fixed, 2 I propped up with PVC), the key got stuck in the ignition, and when I twisted it out with pliers, it messed up the ignition switch, causing the starter to stay engaged sometimes, even with the key in the run position...$500 for a new switch and keys, needed a transmission mount, front upper links, bad hesitation in the motor (169,450 miles but the chain guides were changed), numerous cosmetic trim pieces broken (passenger side visor, trim around sunroof switch, etc.) And finally, yesterday, the power steering pump went out in mid-turn almost causing me to plow into the car sitting at the light caddy-corner to me. Too much cost involved with a 14 year old car approaching 170k - no telling what would have gone next.

So onto the Internet to find an I30. I had heard that this was the best car that Infinti ever made from many people including the local dealership. And I knew that I wanted to stay with an Infiniti. Despite the Q's flaws, I did put over 40k miles on in less than 3 years. I was looking at the 99-2000 I's when I found my immaculant 97. It is AWESOME!! I truly love this car. More zippy than the Q, the same nice leather, add in seat warmers (even though I don't need them in FL), the Homelink RF built in transmitter, sunroof/moonroof option, and the interior/exterior are perfect. Anyway, just wanted to rave about my purchase. Thanks,

Hi everyone, new to forum. Just bought an 02 I35. Silver with willow interior. Cattman y Pipe, cattman catback exhuast, cattman cai, front strut tower and rear stabilizer bar. Great car! I am trying to generate interest in a ecu. Technosquare has made them for Max,G35 and 350z. I need to send them a factory service manual. Does anyone know where to download one. They are 210.0 and up new?

Sometimes you can find a FSM on ebay. I would ask over on Maxima.org and see if someone ovethere could get you the pages you need.
