Hey Hashi how do you know about bodega? i get all my nikes from there. i love the store and atmosphere.HashiriyaS14 wrote:Boston "T" is great, I love the circular joiner panels in the floor that move, lol.
Anyway, I like Bahstan. I go there on business sometimes. I like DC more, but it's still a good town. Braintree is not where it's at though, not much going on in Braintree (one of my developer partners is headquartered there).
Next time I'm up in Boston I want to go to Bodega.
The North Shore (pronounced Nahth Shaw ) is definitely nicer than Braintree. I have family in Swampscott.hachiroku781 wrote:Hey Hashi how do you know about bodega? i get all my nikes from there. i love the store and atmosphere.
It's a great area, I don't get up there as often as I used to, but Lynn's a great town. My aunt had an apartment there. There's a candlepin bowling place on the Lynnway that we take the kids to most times. There's also Revere Beach( is the amusement park still there?) and Marblehead (pronounced Mah-blehead), and Salem (which I'll bet still rocks on Halloween) .hachiroku781 wrote:holy **** you. i live next door to swampscott.
don't forget about all of us who are on the way.Bubba1 wrote:We might venture up there this summer.
NYC is awesome if you do it right, but you gotta be willing to spend the money (its expensive).numbnuts240 wrote:boston rocks. a hell of a lot more than nyc, now that's a miserable place.
Because I make it my business to know about everythinghachiroku781 wrote:Hey Hashi how do you know about bodega? i get all my nikes from there. i love the store and atmosphere.
I never knew how many Niconauts are from our area. its pretty comforting to see. Last forum is was in (club4ag) there were barely any of us.keith0486 wrote:man if your ever back in mass make sure your staying some where good not braintree that place sucks atleast stay some where in or closer to boston. **** there is also a good amount of nico guys around that im pretty sure they could find you a place to stay.
hope you have a good time in boston tho it is a mad fun place to go at night just watch out for the cows.
It was well needed i suppose. I still love the Thread title.snwbrdr435 wrote:Haha this has turned into the ma thread. Awesome.
Hmmm. I know Mahblehead has a lot of old money, but I remember a lotta friendly little antique joints there. My aunt lived in aLynn apartment complex near the border of Swampscott, near that big traffic circle near the water. I thought the neighborhood seemd ok at the time. My cousins have a house in Swampscott a few blocks from the beach which is cool.hachiroku781 wrote:DO IT. Unfortunately there are no remnants of the old amusement park. Lynn has fell of it a bit but gentrification is coming back, the only big blemish is Asian gangs. Salem as always rocks. Mahblehead is just horrible to say the least. Its filled with arrogant, pompous snobs. I work at the local CVS there and continuously I'm treated as if i were the scum of the earth. But i do enjoy scaring people by saying i reside in Lynn. I always get the same reaction "How do you live there?!"
