Dealer or aftermarket for that item. My last attempt to purchase a MAFS for my 2004 Quest had me over at my local Nissan prts counter. My aftermarket sources didn't list that item for my wifes Quest. Still got a deal on the part from Nissan.
The MAFS usually run about $200.00US from the dealer so prepare yourself.

The MAF for that truck is actually the top of the throttle body, which is about $400 or $500 from the dealer.

New from dealer is 400.00.I found a used one today for 75.00.it took me 2 weeks to find it.I just hope it last longer than the 30 day warranty.
