Manual window crank fail...

So i was rolling up the driver side window when i was about to the top something gave, and the window went down faster than a hooker at d!ck fest. Anyway i pulled the door panel, found a couple loose cables (the one that pulls it up, and the one that pulls it down). After fiddling with the crank it got worse (tighter) the more i turned it back and forth. So i pulled that off and the cable was bunched up somehow towards the edge of the mechanism. To my point, how can i fix it? What will i need? How much is it gonna cost me? Thanks for the help!
