manual transmission in an m30 and struts upgrade

hey guys new to this site. I own a 1990 m30 hard top and i want to know whats the real deal on swap trannies from an automatic to a manual what parts im going to need and where to get them. if that is at all possible. secondly i would also like to find out now that i know that the s13 rear end and front end suspensions should mate up with little frustration, how do i go about taking on these task that seem ever so daunting as it sits right now. as we all know (infinitim30owners) the struts on these bad boys go out somewhere around the 100,000 mile mark or shortly after and i dont know if all the m30 had electronic controlled suspensions but mine has it and i hate it because the struts just aren't up to par with a norm gas shock that is not electronically controlled. any opinions on the matter are greatly appreciated.
