ok, so here's my question, pretty soon im going to be cleaning out my engine bay to make room for a turbo. what im wondering about is the black box that connects to the intake, that is absent from the picture above, it bolts on to the inside of the strut tower right beside the ignition coil, about 4 or 5 inches away from the exhaust manifold,

what is that? and can i/how can i get rid of it to make room? YES i KNOW this has been discussed, but its kindof a hard thing to search for, and i was unable to find anything. and i also couldnt find a picture with it intact on google. so someone has to know how to get rid of it. thanks

thanks demetrius, i found the write-up that poot did a while back, no wonder i couldnt find it in my service manual, i was looking for AIV, and in the manual its labeled as PAIR.
