maintenance advantage parts

Whats up guys, it's been a long time since I posted anything.
But I have a real beef with infiniti and their maintenance advantage line of parts. Pretty much I ordered suspension all the way round for my M37X 2012. After all was installed I swear too you it felt like I didn't change s***. It's noisy, hits really hard it's a overall bad ride doesn't have that kux feel anymore.
Have any of you had this experience with maintenance advantage suspension? I truly feel like I wasted my money.

Sorry to hear this! I honestly didn't even know there was such a line of parts. Have you tried to reach out to customer support? Are they telling you to kick rocks?

Nissan has Value Advantage like Infiniti's Maintenance Advantage, the parts are basically made to the same specs as OE but with slightly reduced QC/QA to keep the price down. We don't usually see problems with them. Maybe your harsh ride was from something besides the shocks, so new shocks didn't help? Shot springs? Rougher tires?

The Maintenance advantage suspension were full drop in kits, strut and springs tires have been the same pirelli p7
i really cant call it. I think the line of products are not that good.

pretty much telling me to kick rocks, I bought them from Peoria Infiniti out of Arizona, infinitipartsonline.com.
They want me to bring in to a dealer to pull down to see if it is defective.
i would have to pay the stealership to do that.
