Hello.

My Z crapped an injector, I wan to install the 95, 96 injectors and the kit to fit on old rails of my 94 TT.
Is the main injector harness connector the same on the Z32 90-94 and 95-96.

Ive looked at WRS-INJ-N & WRS-INJ-O from wiring specialties, sent them an email a few days ago, they havent replied yet.
By the pic they seem to be identical but there's no other pictures with different angles.

Thanks in advance. :ohno:

The difference with the new style connectors is they are weatherproof to avoid the corrosion problem of the old style connector.
The injectors however are different old style versus new style, but use the same connector.
So when upgrading to the new style injectors, a solution to mount the new injector into the old style fuel rail is needed- either a new style fuel rail, or use the injector adapter kit for new style injectors into old style fuel rail...all available at Z1, CZP, and I believe Specialty Z also has all of that.

WOWOWOW What? the pigtails are different between Phase 1 and Phase 2, you have to solder on new pigtails.

I'll get a set of new style fuel rails. One of the injectors, according to the tuning shop, popped out during a dyno run.

FYI, I don't believe a new style fuel rail will fit the older style lower plenum. Phase 2 inj plus adapter kit in older fuel rail is most cost effective.

You're right, they do not. The folks at 300 Degree have some info about this.

You're right, they do not. The folks at 300 Degree have some info about this. It can be done only after some machine work.
