Finally got my car running after a ka dohc swap...the car Turns on fine and idles perfect....it does have a little shake while at idle but I'm pretty sure thats because of my maf...I changed two of them because when I tested them the voltage was through the roof....the third one measure .5v when the car was off but once on it went to like 11v..... So no I'm thinking that one is obviously bad too...but Im wondering if I may have bad wires that may cause the same symptom...can anyone confirm...or have another ideas??? Car it running supper rich because of this issue and I want to know if it might be something else before I buy another maf....
Also my battery wasn't charging and the light was always on...I figured the battery might be supper dead so I got a new battery and a new alternator....now the light is still on and the alternator is not charging the battery...it's showing 12v when the car is on...I figured it might be my wires but does anyone else have any thoughts...would it be worth buying a new harness...or can just fix the wires...would it be a fuse...how can I test the wires and alternator with the volt meter to make sure they are running good.....
