Mac Mini as car pc?

Sorry if this has been asked before - has anyone done this? I just ordered a JVC KW-AVX710 7" touchscreen head unit yesterday for a great price and was wondering if it would make a good interface for a mac mini car pc monitor. I'm a total noob when it comes to the whole car pc thing. I've been doing my own car stereo installations for over 15 years now, so the wiring wouldn't be a problem for me.

You could try and see, but my guess would be no... Looks like it has a very low resolution and does not have VGA input

Thanks - that's what I was thinking. It's not a big deal; just something that crossed my mind. Out of curiosity, are there any GPS units that could be connected to something like this? Again, just curious.
