M37x and M56x same suspension?

Can anyone confirm if the suspension between the M37x and M56x are the same? I found a set of used coilovers online that is coming off an M37x and I want to verify if it will fit my M56x.

Car: 2011 M56x but I spend a lot of time on my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S. Former owner of a 2007 M35x. Also take care of my wife's 2016 QX60.

I believe they are. On the BC Racing site, they have the M37x kit as V-16, which is the same one sold for the M56x. Interestingly, they don't have the M56x on their application list...but we know it works.
