hey i just wanted ur guys input on this situation im having.

im still runnin on those stock versa hubcaps and i really want to get some tanabe lower springs.

is it a good idea to install lowering springs before getting aftermarket rims? i will eventually get rims for the V but im just trying to work on the suspension for now.

Here is what it looks like with the stock rims.

I say do the springs and run stock tires until you need new tires.

get some rims and see how much room you have to lower it with the rims on it...

I would get springs first, makes the car so much more fun. I have Tanabe springs and love them, I got them from versaspeed.com

Does it make a big difference in the handling of the car?? I know that some cars when you lower them it makes the ride more rough, do these make the car handle better without making the ride rougher?

the handling is much better....its doesn't feel so top heavy and the ride quality is as good as stock.....you do have to watch out for steep driveways and parking blocks

unless you plan on putting 20's on, the drop won' affect it I still have plenty of room with the 18's........actually the stock SL wheels and my 18's are the same height
