I have a 92 z32 with a tt swap. The water pump blew the other day, and i was unable to pull over on the side of the road due to construction, so i had no choice but to drive it to the closest exit. Got to the top of the exit and it died, pulled spark plugs and did a compression test on all cylinders.

Not sure what the matching cylinder numbers are, so this is what i got.

Left side standing at bumper
45 psi cylinder closest to bumper
20 psi middle cylinder
40 psi far cylinder

Right side standing at bumper
65 psi cylinder closest to bumper
25 psi middle cylinder
47 psi far cylinder

Also, when pulling the coil packs, both of the far cylinders closest to the firewall, the bottom portion of the coil pack boot had melted to the spark plugs in those cylinders, and broke off from the actual coil pack.

Spark plugs are clean, no fuel, or oil found on them.

Time for a rebuild, heads are probably shot. Looks like the compression numbers I had in the last one I purchased blown up.

Did a leak down test, and the highest percentage was 30% which leads me to believe that the head gaskets and everything are fine.

Put everything together needed to start, and it won't. I have fuel, and I checked spark in every cylinder. But it doesn't want to start.
