Low beams inoperable on 04 G35

Hey guys - I have an 04 G35 with a headlight issue. Drivers' side low beam went out then the passenger side a few days later. Replaced the halogen bulbs last night but when the low beams were turned on I heard a buzzing noise similar to a ballast in a fluorescent light for a few seconds then nothing. The noise is coming from the drivers' side wheel well - I just couldn't pinpoint the origin. Thanks !

You replaced halogen bulbs or HID? Buzzing usually means there is a problem with a HID ballast and halogen bulbs don't have ballast.
