There was every BMW you could imagine. They must have had 20 different models, and yes the M5 and M6 were there.Shelby GR1, Aston Martin Vanquish (there were 3 Aston Martins there)Ferarri had a decent display of 4 cars, along with a couple maserati's.Ford had a really good showing with variations of the new mustang (Saleen, Roush, steeda, 3d carbon), a GT40 ( possibly the most beautiful car of the show). Chrysler and Dodge took up a huge amount of floor space along with a mopar exibit (that '68 Charger with a mopar crate motor was cherry).Hummer had a large display with the new H3, but the Jeep display was cooler with free rides in a jeep up a 45 degree incline about 2 stories high and then into the mud pits (and yes, they did have an indoor test track for chrysler and dodge cars, but you had to take what ever car was next, which was usually a minivan, and you were only a passenger)redstradic wrote:Cullen, nice try. Scott, i think i am going to try to sell the G privately, around 30K-31K.
Steve, did they have the new Aston Martin AMV8 or BMW M5 there?
I know... that picture got screwed up in the translation. Not worth messing with at this point. Just an "odd" vehicle.audtatious wrote:They are all working except the Jeep Hurricane...
FYi.. I think that the warp speed Y is the best mod I did to my car.Regardless of my now ever present yellow friend on my dashboard...redstradic wrote:question for you guys, on a fed 2000 Maxima, when you install an aftermarket y-pipe, does that get rid of the catalytic converters and if so which ones. thanks
Call me an optimist.... spring is here! (OK, in 2 weeks). Any way it feels like spring and I'm tired of the salt spray look.audtatious wrote:

I like my Y pipe. It came from Warp speed performance. They had the best prices that I saw ( I didn't bother getting stainless ).Do you have a federal exhaust or california exhaust? (are there 3 or 4 electrical connectors mounted to the front exhaust manifold?)Mine was Cali, so the Y pipe only got rid of 1 pre-cat, but the gain was still significant. It did cause a problem with one of the oxygen sensors, but I was able to fix that for ~$50. I don't hear that being a common problem though.BOBCAT wrote:Just Became a memeber of Nico after i got my 2000 maxima GLE. Im looking to see if anyone knows where i can get a decent y-pipe for a good price that will fit correctly.
Single-din looks fine. If you simply want to replace the HU and keep the speakers, you can do that via a PAC ROEM-NIS2 (http://www.pac-audio.com). If you want to replace the head unit AND the speakers, you will need to run new RCA's and such to the new amp. You can use the factory wires into the doors, but you will need to run a new set of speaker wires for the tweeters (if you use the factory location).BOBCAT wrote:What looks better to you guys? double din or single??
I am also afraid that i will screw up the interior putting the speakers and sterio in. Do you guys know anyone that will give me a good price on installation.
And one more thing. Is there a wireing harness that plugs into the connection to the bose amp so that i might be able to use some of the speaker wires for an amp in the back??
