well, i was able to pick up the G today. man am i going to love scootin around town in this thing. its fully loaded except for Nav. saw no point for that since it will be a weekend and good weather vechile only. my other vechile is on order and will be here in about 8 weeks. picked me out a white H2 with all the goodies.

the max is going to my brother. going to give it to him as is but he might put it back to stock if he doesnt like the way it is now.

as you can see i have been very fortunate and lucky with a job opportunity. the business is called Builders Warehouse. There are a couple in Lexington that do very well already. We are going to open up some more here. Its basically going to be all types of flooring, doors, windows, trim, etc.

Time to start ordering a couple things for the G!

I won't be able to make it this weekend for Car wars, I'm supposed to have my daughter...unless she wants to go.

I will, in all probability, make it to the 502 meet October 17th.

For those that don't know...OVIS 4 was both good and bad for me. After performing a right side, axle swap Saturday morning, I proceeded to run a personal best of 9.943 @ 72.11mph on my second qualifying run. This was a glorious moment for me, as that was the first time I had gotten into the 9's all year (my first year ever racing). I ran a 9.995 @ 72.79mph in my third qualifying run, proving it wasn't just a fluke. With my chance to over-take 2nd place in points for the year, I red lighted against the eventual #2 finisher for the year by -.003 seconds...the first time I have ever red lighted. I believe I finished tied for 4th in the points for the year.I'm totally committed to running all of the races next year, not just the last three. I'll be saving up for a new auto transmission with some hopeful upgrades, especially since the 5spd's are so much $$$ just for used...if you can find one.

Everyone going to the meet on sunday (10/17) ?

btw, I went 12.2@ 122.7mph on a 2.x 60'

This was on low boost, very rich tune (10.x af), stock intake manifold, 35ish shot, and no meth.

For reference, the talon I raced went 10.9 @ 122mph... so I was ok with my trap (considering how much more power is still avail), just wish I could hook.

After a year of complaining of the cold aluminum shift knob that came with my B&M shifter I finally made the big plunge... $4.95 + shipping (thank you E-bay) for a wooden knob. The 3rd coat of polyeurethane is almost dry now. Cullen, you still want that aluminum knob?

Welcome to NICO Pkaiser. Always good to welcome another Louisville Maxima into the fold. I'm sorry to say that Car Wars was this past Sunday, but this Sunday there is a meet at Cox's Park on River Road. I believe the Nissan crew is meeting up at the Meijer's on Preston Hwy (by 265) at 2pm. However there will be another Car Wars in early November...can't remember the exact date.

BTW are you SE2002 from the .org?
