Loud ticking noise

so i start up my car after the whole incident with the car not starting and now i hear a loud ticking coming from the engine bay i dont know if it s the injector if one of the injector were not working would it make a loud ticking noise cause i make a spark when the wires from the first injector were exposed while tighting the collent breather screw i hope its not the injector
