..Well even though I HATE Shaq, I love the Suns.

Steve Nash is my freaking hero.. the NBA's only 100% true Point Guard. Although it's gonna be interesting to see how Phoenix will turn out after landing a new head coach..

But back on topic, I'll have to disagree with your prediction. Although Boston is currently up 3-2, I still believe Detroit will rally back to win the series. Even though I'd love for Boston to win it (because I know the Lakers will have an easier series against Boston than with Detroit), I still think the Pistons will come through in the final 2 games.

Going for #15. That's what it's all about. Boston is a more challenging match up than Detroit. I picked LA vs. Detroit match up in the Finals a while back. I think the Celtics will be a tougher task but hey.............bring it on! We are ready.

Celtics are about the worst matchup the Lakers could have and as I predicted KG walked all over them and that was without Paul Pierce even scoring the first half. This is going to be a tough series for the Lakers.

Well, it's easy to say that they'll lose because they are down now and you know, the stats when you're down 0-2. Now they are down 1-2. We'll see!

I still believe that when Lamar and Pau start figuring out how they can get their game going, we WILL beat the Celtics. It has to happen-Lamar & Pau- in the next game though.

If you're a Celtics fan, you gotta be feeling really good that with KG and Pierce having an awful game, they could have still won. If you are Lakers fan more of the same. Lamar and Pau have so so games and we still won. I would love to see a game where everyone is on In that case I like our chances!

Pierce is a straight on and off guy, Allen and KG can play consistent basketball and that is what is making it hard for the lakers

I'm really a fan of neither but I see your point. I'd be happier to see KG pick up his first ring than Kobe carry his team to another.

actually I disagree. Allen has been FAR from consistent this whole post-season.. and the reason why Pierce and KG were off that last game was because of the better matchups that Phil Jackson assigned. Kobe did a great job defending Paul Pierce (and Paul Pierce ONLY), and Pau's length obviously bothered Garnett the entire game, as he shot 6-21.

There's still definitely a chance to take this series.. but they have GOT to win all three home games (knocks-on-wood ). not to be a party-pooper, but if the Lakers lose even one home game, I really don't see them winning two games in Boston in a row. but hey... GO LAKERS.

What a disaster!!!!

How do you blow that kind of lead? The Celtics were able to do here in game 4 what the Lakers almost did in game 2. I know the Celts had more time but they still did it. You got to give them their props.

Lamar was the bomb in the first half and then for unknown reasons to me he lost his aggressiveness. He was not there in the second half. Well, this is NOT over but it's red alert time.

IF, the Celts are there next year- I know we'll be, especially w/Bynum coming back-we'll be ready for round 2. I know that if we had Bynum for this series we'd definitely be in a different position.

...the rivalry has offcially been reborn!!!

fawk!...really, we should have freaking won. Hopefully the Lakers learn from this! and take it in like a man..time to play grown up basketball.

...I still have my Laker flag on my car...i hate fakers that took theirs down. This is the time the team needs those flags up...who knows...

Go Lakers!!!

Well, they won!! it's 2-3

Let's see if they can steal one in Boston, force game 7, and then anything can happen.

I believe they can. Phil Jackson is 8-2 when facing elimination which are pretty good odds. If Gasol continues to play well and Odom and Kobe step up their game they have a decent shot at extending it to game 7.

You are correct. The Celtics are a tired bunch. We are a lot more athletic than they are. Getting into a rhythm is very important. IF we can beat them tonight, it's going to be very very interesting.

So much for that if. I hated seeing them lose like that. I know how Kobe must have felt. But I am glad to see KG **FINALLY** get his well deserved ring. It was a bitter sweet night to say the least.

If I were Phil Jackson I'd make the players stay on the court and watch the celebration. That was disgusting to watch. No back bone

I'm so pissed. Bynum or not you don't get your *** kicked around like that when you wear a Laker jersey.

On paper that is correct. I guess that's why they play the game on the court and not on paper.

Exactly. I'm more psyched to see how next year will turn out, but we have a long way to go before that happens. Oh well, I can finally turn all my focus to baseball now. Mmmm baseball.
