oh man, did we blow out the Spurs on sunday. sheesh. the smothering defense in the 3rd kept the Lakers alive and it just went all downhill from there for San Antonio. if the Lakers can show the same intensity and hunger against the Kings tonight and into the post-season, it'll be a show to watch. especially when Bynum and Ariza come back

KOBE FOR MVP.

I saw the last few Lakers games since **** is pretty much done in the East, congrats to you guys for clinching #1 in the West. This is going to be a very exciting playoff series all around.

It's gonna happen. It has to.

The West is crazy, and I have a feeling that it's gonna be Lakers vs Spurs and well......the East is easy Detroit vs. Boston. All year I've been saying Lakers vs. Pistons and I still think that, but the Celtics are a real threat.

We'll see. One thing's for sure, I can't wait till Sunday at 11:30.

Oh mannnnnn I'm soo excited. This post-season is gonna be one crazy ride. and I hope on everything that the Spurs DESTROY the Suns in the First Round... So that all of Phoenix will feel like idiots for putting their trust in that big, slow, ugly guy. whatever his name is.

IF there is a game 7 against the Nuggets I'll be sitting 7,8 rows behind Jack. I doubt there will be even a game 6. At any rate, if no game 7 I'll be there for game 2 of the second round.

Boston is looking gooood and Detroit is NOT.

I love how Kenyon Martin tries to get under Kobe's skin. Maybe after 49 points 10 dimes and a few (4) boards, he'll rethink his strategy. IF I were on the other side whether it's Nuggets or whoever, I would NOT want #24 getting pissed off.

Let the Rockets and Jazz beat up on each other while we're getting rested.

Finally in the second round of the playoffs. The way it should be.

Well, my camera for some reason either sucks or I can't take a decent picture to save my life. I took 13 of them and only 2 are ......ok!

Good game though. We are on the right track. Tonight should be an interesting game. If Utah can't win it's basically over.

I think Detroit is possibly done without Chauncy. Boston is so lucky and good.

Chauncey should be playing Saturday. Its a strain, he didn't tear anything.

those are damn good seats bro!

how much did those set you back?

..and yeah, boston owned cleveland those first two games. actually, lebron owned himself haha. for the first two games, he shot a combined 8-42 from the field! not to mention missing a couple potential game-winners!

I hope chauncey is all right.. I don't want to hear any excuses when they meet boston in the conference finals. if both teams are 100% healthy, there's gonna be more drama than TNT is known for

Those seats are a gift from one of my wife's business accounts. The price written on them was $290, but you and I know, that if I had wanted to scalp them I'd have gotten close to 1K for each.

Cleveland did ok last night. Boston is a mystery. They really suck on the road . I mean, how do you not play D (on the road) when you are so good at it at home?

Detroit won without Chauncey!!!

Back to the Lakers. I feel like in game three we played like a$$ and they played very very well, and still we could have won. The bench did 0. We should win today and close it out at Staples.

Guess it's time to start watching those Spurs game tapes!

..I like it this way. For some reason, I think the Lakers would have had more trouble against New Orleans than San Antonio..

either way, we're one step closer to another banner!

If Kobe's back does not act up, and everything else stays status quo, it's Lakers in 6

I hear you! Lakers in 6 max.

By tomorrow night, Kobe will have had 4 days of rest, so I imagine his back should be in tip-top condition. He also didn't look too shabby back in Utah for game 6

I need to get my hands on some playoff tickets

I wish I could get another set of the same seats as with game 2 against Utah. What a blast that was!

Yeah, Round 1 would have been my best bet for nabbing some tickets.. it's too far into the post-season now to even try looking for some..

I would literally have to sell my car just to have enough money for a couple of decent tickets for a Lakers/Spurs Western Conference Final

i'm glad they aren't playing the hornets, for some reason I had a bad feeling about a series with them. Besides this is going to be a war

I meant Utah in the second round.

Keep your car and enjoy the game on TV. Too many distractions when there. I find that watching the game on TV, I'm a lot more aware of what's going on.

Well even though I'm a SUNS fan, I'm rooting for the Lakers. Even though I hate Kobe it's nothing compared to my everlasting hatred to the Spurs from that dirty series last year. I hope the Lakers go all the way. I'm predicting a Lakers/Celtics final.
