I wanted the Orlando to win.

Good win tonight! ...funny to see mellow acting like a baby after the loss, just like the last time.

The Black Mamba strikes again!!!

As long as the team is healthy, it's ALWAYS been about Lamar. When he's aggressive we can NOT be beat period. With Kobe you know what you'll get, cause he'll always bring it. When Lamar makes up his mind to be on the attack I think we can beat anybody and that includes the Boston Celtics HEALTHY. In fact I think we could take them in 5.

Both Kobe's and Lamar's teeth look pretty good to me.

The Lakers are on a mission. They have bigger fish to fry. Going for #15. I feel sorry for the Cavs, Nuggets, Spurs, Mavs, Celtics or however else could not make it and their fans.

Scoreboard baby. 56 out 61 years in the playoffs.

Pop will bounce back. He's a great coach and the Spurs are a great franchise even though the first ring was a little......soft. Strike shortened season, but never the less still a ring.

You never hear Pop complain about Kobe being cocky. He just flat respects the guy and Kobe shows respect right back. The way it should be. No sore losers here with these two.

You win and lose with class.

This was a tough game but somehow Orlando found a way to lose it. Expect the Magics shooting to continue to improve. They shot 38% from three in the regular season but are only shooting 33% in game 2. In the Cavs series they were shooting as high as 48%. Hopefully the Lakers good fortune can continue. We only need 1/3 in Orlando to close it out.

What an escape! If the guy does NOT miss that difficult lay up we are in a totally different place right now. What a play, wow!!

Anyway, this probably tore their (Orlando's) hearts out. I don't see them coming back from this. If they force game 6 I'll be surprized.

Get Fig ready for the parade!

Correction, Orlando got robbed due to a non-call goaltend by Pau (hand hit the rim) at the end of regulation.

Doesn't matter. Any interference with the rim, while a shot is up, is ruled a goaltend. Ref's blew a key call.

True. Just like earlier in the game when Orlando did the same thing, (touched the net while a shot was up and on that one it WAS going in), which had it been called the Lakers would have been up and it would not have mattered.

does everyone not remember that play that Pau got Dwight with the baseline spin-move, went for the reverse dunk, and Dwight literally put his hand up inside the rim and through the net, and "blocked" Pau?

that would be goaltending.

The point is that the refs are part of the game whether we like it or not. Their %s of getting it right v. not, are really high. We have to live w/the results, because they are the best the NBA has to offer. The players should decide the outcome anyway. The action is so fast that you cannot always get it right. Of course Dwight Howard stuck his hand thru the net and threw the ball out but they missed it.

D Fish!!!!!! Yeah baby!!

I can't believe that Orlando didn't foul, then tried full court pressure and then let Fish shoot like he was practicing 3 point shots. What a crazy game.

1 more victory. Get ready for the celebration. It's been a long time coming. We need 4 in this decade.
