I am going to put on the Eibach Pro Kit springs and I am trying to decide on the shocks. My car is an '03 I35 Non-sport. It seems self explanatory that the Tokico Illuminas would be the top choice. My ? is, has anyone had the Illuminas and the HP's on their car to give me a comparison. I just really don't want to drop the extra $200 if I am not going to take advantage of it. I want to feel planted to the road, but want to maintain some comfort as well. Thanks.

I had the Eibach pro kit's and both illumina and HP struts. I hated the HP struts as they didn't seem strong enough for the car.

For the most part putting Eibachs on the car was the worst decision I made as the ride really sucked. I don't know how many times I cringed when going over basic bumps in which I thought the dash was going to fall off. Too rough in my books.

Thanks for the heads up. I have actually read quite a few reviews and it seems aside from stock, that the Tein H Tech's seem to give one of the most comfortable rides from what I have read. Think I will try those and see how it goes. Again thanks for the info.
