I am pretty sure my mass air flow sensor is bad so I am looking for a place to pick one up for a reasonable price. I have seen prices well over $500 for one but I seem to remember a fella on here getting a new one for $275. I don't want to roll the dice on a used one unless it's from Redmanfx recently totalled Q (sorry to hear about that).

The car runs fantastic when it's cold but once it warms up, it hesitates like a Yugo when you try to accelerate and anything more than 1/4 throttle causes this. I just put some BG44K in the tank and I'm going to run it a few days and see if that helps but I doubt it as the car runs great when it's cold and if dirty injectors were the cause, it wouldn't run good then either. I've cleaned the MAF sensor and the connector as well as the throttle body multiple times but it hasn't helped. Any input would be appreciated before I delve into a MAF purchase.

Thanks,Pat

Jesda and I both got one through the car-part.com listings. Mine works just fine and I gather his does too. At $50-75, you can afford to take a chance that it won't last as long as a $350 one. I typically prefer new parts, but in this case I think it's worth going cheap.

Of course, post in NICO classifieds anyway, in case someone here has one for you.

I always prefer to go with the latter, as its always a little more peace of mind to buy from a NICO member....
