What options are there I can do with the drivetrain And suspension because my rear diff is very rare to find and I don’t want to get rid of her :iconeek

what's the issue with existing diff?
I'd look into a 'punkin' specialist to rebuild....

It’s hesitating to takeoff in the morning and it’s making a roaring (humming sound)

hesitating to take off?? that sounds unrelated to the differential.
you checked the fluid level? suggest start with a drain and fill with Redline 75w-90 (GL-5+)
it holds about 1.2 Qt.

A hesitation to take off sounds far more like a transmission issue than differential problem. When were the fluids last changed in both of them?

IF'n it had a VLSD , maybe it's a typical setup with no side gears? or (small) pininion gears? - but ONLY splines inside sealed unit with "flow" torque plates and viscous fluid - ......turned to MUSH inside ? and making this noise , AND slipping due to aged & worn out viscous fluid ?? Just throwin it out there , I'm not any expert on VLSD , even though one's in my J30 , they're nice when still tight and tough !!
