Locking and Unlocking

Ok... wierdest thing happened today. I was out of town last night, and my car was parked for like 48 hours... nothing really that bad. Well, i go to go to my girlfriends house, all is fine. I get there, and as im walking into her house, I lock it, the horn makes the beep letting me know its locked.

Well... i walk out not an hour later and go to unlock it and the turn signals dont flash like they have for the past 7 months... so i just think that maybe it didnt pick up the remote. I hit the lock button and the lights flashed twice... but no horn. I tried turning on the car, then turning it off... i drove around town and did other things... still acting wierd. All the doors are closed.... and it does actually unlock/lock them but the horn is gone for the lock and the lights are gone for the unlock.... ANY IDEAS?!?!?!

i have an 07 Hatch S with the standard remote (unlock, lock, panic)... and i only have one remote.

if you hold the lock and unlock until the 4 lights flash the horn will disable when you lock your doors. to undo this just hold the lock and lock until the lights flash and the horn will beep, also check to make sure all your doors are shut all the way.

wow thanks! must have laid on them or something (her room overlooks where my car was).... yeah that feature disables the horn on lock and lights on unlock. thanks for the help

THEM being the keys =p haha well if you want to get technical... its was keys, then me, then the gf =p hah. ok im done talking now, dont wanna take this too far. lol
