Locked out of service manuals

HI, I was just trying to access the service manuals and get directed to a page saying Wordfence has locked me out.

Something about too many attempts but I havn't been to the page in months

Try dumping your browser and going back in. Chrome is giving me the same issue intermittently, but it always loads properly after a dump-and-restore.
