Local 720 z24 help in the Portland area

Does your throttle cable have a little slack, or is it tight, if it is tight, it might need the cable throttle mount adjusted to release all pressure off the cable when the pedal is not being pressed.
I am just throwing stuff out there, that one is an easy one, as you can just look at it without having to pull anything apart.

Thanks for throwing it out there! There is enough slack though, I've played and fiddled with those connections so much that was one of the first things I could rule out. At this point I'm pretty sure it's carb related.
