well, my dash was pretty crack up and instead of buying a new dash i went ahead and repaired the cracks myself. Then I got to thinking since the exterior was kind of tough and rugged looking that I would make the interior match. So i went ahead and sprayed the dash with spray on bed liner.

the cracks getting repaired

glove box before

glove box after

the dash after repair and drying

dash installed and everything almost back together

and i went ahead and moved my gauges and made a plate for my safc.

Wow that's great! Can you make like a mini write-up. i.e. prepwork and which bed liner you used, # of coats. Thanks.

Sorry guys, i forgot about this thread.

to repair the cracks i used baking powder and super glue, and to prep the dash after repair i used a high grit sand paper to rough up the surface and then used mineral spirit to clean the dash. then used 2 cans of spray in bed liner that i got from autozone.

the only draw back i can see is, wiping it down .. do you get any streaks from the texture being so ruff?

Does it leave any bad odors in the car after sitting in the sun?
