lic plate light short circuit help

hey guys i recent install the lic plate light...when i put the first light bulb in it worked fine and when i put the second one in, i think i short the circuit. now not only the lic plate light won't work but also the tail light (brake light and back up light are perfectly fine) guys please help me out here...now i can't drive my car at night...

You probably blew a fuse somewhere. Check your fuse box.

deffinetly blew a fuse. Check your manual for which fuse it is, there are two fuse boxes so check your manual..youll save yourself a lot of time.

Could be a bad body ground.
