Heck yeah, and I would have run him down, but no vehicle close, and by the time I would have got rolling he could have been pretty far away. Some people just plain SUCK. And it wasn't like he just forgot either, it was clearly his intention.

Yeah, thats the way to do it. I took $200 that the bank had somehow given me the other day that they had no record of. It just sucks when people steal stuff from you.

Here's some current pics of the rb swap progress...

Engine bay with first coat of gloss black por-15. 1 more coat to come.

Here are my custom braced tension rod mounts.

And the r33 x member...

And here's the steering rack mostly cleaned up, awaiting new inner and outer tie rods and new boots.

All those parts are going to get painted tomorrow too.

I did an injection pump on a 2001 Dodge Cummins this afternoon.

1.1 hours is all it took me.

I made $400

WIN!

Hmmm. Painting a bay gloss black like that is not my "cup of tea". Using a true black auto paint seems to do better (tho it may look less "glossy" in real life). Also, have you thought about filling and smoothing the area? Little bit of body filler can go a long way (other than added weight)

I agree, gloss isn't really what I was looking for it just happened to be all they had in stock at the paint store . I may run over there today and see if I can exchange my unopened can for some flat or at least semi-gloss for the top coat.
