personally i'm not a fan of altezza's, think there overplayed

but hell i'm sure most of us has at least one thing on our cars that makes them just a little ricey,and i don't mind that, but when u go to far that's when it gets bad

i don't see why u all have to be so mean, it's not like it's your car,

don't understand why 240 owners are so hostile to each other, i check out other forums like supraforums, and i don't really see that

I love the way old Supras look, kinda like S13's, just meaner. The new Supras just seem to come stock "rice"....Giant freakin' spoiler, the Uncle Ben-endorsed tail lights and all of 'em have coffee cans for mufflers. I don't care what other people think, the supposed "deep harsh" sound that they get from their "phat exhaust" sounds horrible. You don't have a muscle car, deal with it. Don't try to make your exhaust all loud and annoying to try to compensate.

You guys should visit the Supraforums sometime....there is this guy that has gone far enough to have the trouble of trying to make mold of the "altezza" lights for the MK3 because he love "altezzas" that much.

they call them altezza lights for a reason.....they belong on an altezza, and that is the way they should stay. have some f#$#$@* loyality to your oem of choice, be it nissian, toyota, honda, etc.

dude whatever! i think the newer supras are one of the baddest cars ever. they dont look rice at all unless you make them. their styling is bada## and way ahead of their time.

You can do what ever you want to your car but dont expect alot of support on this. The majority of us on these forums think altezzas look like poop. They look so fugly. If you didnt want anyone to respond that didnt like them, there would probably be 0 post in this thread. Ill sign a patition if its not to manufacture altezzas for our cars.

first time for everything, but I'm jumping on the wagon here. Alteza's belong on an IS300, not a 240sx. And as someone mentioned earlier, the rear tail lights for our cars don't even remotely have the same shape as the IS 300 tail lights. I can only see alteza rear lights on an s15 silvia, which we don't have. Why not just do a r33 rear end conversion instead, I'm sure everyone would be happy that way.

but whatever you do, do it cause you want to, not because someone told you to, or because the guys at NICO do/don't agree with you. Although it will be tough to find these lights at the moment.

hey, i'll admit that i've been tossing around the idea of changing out my tail-lights (5th gen Prelude lights look like they'd mold in pretty clean) . . . yah, it may be rice but so-be-it. . .

but the idea of mod'ing a car is to make it original. . . to make it something special for the owner. . . and frankly. . . altezza lights really aren't special anymore. . . it was an interesting mod originally when people actually took the time and care to mold the REAL Altezza lights onto their rides but ever since the pre-fab altezza lights have hit the market, everyone and their MOTHER has got them on their rides. . . from Camry's to Ford F-150's. . . when i can't leave the house and drive down to the local market without seeing at least 2 riced out Honda's with altezza lights, i think it's time to kill the trend. . .

but considering that 240's aren't exactly crowding the highways and by-ways of America. . .it just seems like 240's are pretty unique in and of themselves. . . don't fall into the "Everyone has them. Gee they MUST be cool" scene. . .

I had a chance to sell my wrecked 240 and add 1000 bucks to get a 2000 Civic free and clear, but I didn't. I am 240 through and through, but I want a 240 diff from everyone else's. Don't like it, don't respond.

Congrats for sticking with 240's but your a fool if you think that your car will be the only one with them if APC or some ****ty company starta making them, especially after "2fast and 2 furious"
